    Humba is actually a Visayan style of adobo where it uses banana blooms and star anise that creates a deeper flavor. Usually, Humba is created with braised pork belly that includes parts of fat.

    As you can see in the picture, Vraja’s humba recreates the same exact texture. While we’re not sure what it’s made of, what were sure of is that it simulates the chewiness and experience of actual meat – while not tasting like meat.

Wildbreads had taken a simple classic like the Margherita pizza and elevated it to a whole new level.     I personally liked how the crust was neither too thick nor too thin, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio was spot on. The basil added a fresh pop of flavor that took the pizza to the next level. It was clear that each ingredient had been carefully chosen and thoughtfully prepared.

    ✨So far this is the best Korean Cream cheese bread we’ve had that doesn’t skimp on the cream cheese and has actual fresh garlic flavor.

    ✨ This Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread is filled with sweetened cream cheese, then dipped in a savory-sweet garlic butter sauce.

    ✨ Micha’s is one of the well-known bakeries in Los Banos and is especially loved by the residents and the university students. They recently opened an extension of their bakery just a quick walk away from their original first branch.

    Micha’s Bakery has another branch that is just a quick walk from the bakery, you may find Micha’s Kitchen and Commissary beside Bonito’s Bar and Restaurant.

    We have tried ordering a pan of their baked macaroni before and they were generous enough to let us use the pan for a day (they mentioned that only Los Banos residents are allowed to do this, yep we live around here!)

    We personally recommend trying their red velvet crinkles too!

    You’ll find a lot of good pastry goodies when you visit both branches of Micha’s, the only difference is that you can have a quick coffee on the Micha’s Kitchen and Commissary branch.
